4 STAR HOTEL * CHEF DE PARTIE * LEADING HOTEL GROUP
One of the best employers in the hospitality industry is on the look out for a chef de partie or keen demi chef de partie to join the team at one of their hotels. MAIN DUTIES
The new cdp will be a key member of the team in providing strong back up for the Head Chef and Sous Chef and will deputise for them when they are not in the kitchen to make sure the food operation continues to work like a well oiled machine. The hotel has a very busy brasserie as well as a lively bar food and and function operation. Ideally the new chef will have experience in 4 star hotels as the standards are expected to be maintained at the current levels

This hotel is a fairly modern building and has undergone refurbishment in the last several years. It is on a major road link and as such is very busy with business travellers as well as leisure guests visiting the nearby city of Oxford.
