The successful candidate must be a motivated and skillful team-player. The position involves food preparation, Cooking on the line during service, and running a section efficiently and productively with our team of chefs.
Executive Chef and co-owner, New Zealander Peter Gordon www.peter-gordon.net and Head Chef Karl Calvert will teach the successful candidate the intricacies of modern European Cuisine with Asian influences.
We use the best local produce and combine it with flavours and ingredients from South East Asia, Japan, The Middle East, The Antipodes, and anywhere else great ingredients can be found. Our food relies on a close knit team of highly skilled chefs working together to create flavorsome and inspiring dishes.
