An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie and a sous chef at our flag ship food pub in leafy St johns wood, you will help deliver quality cuisine for the pub located downstairs which has a great reputation for great fresh food.
We are looking for Chefs that have:-
* the ability and desire to be apart of a creative team and produce seasonal menus using only fresh ingredients
* The Ability to deliver quality produce and fully support the Head Chef and sous chef
* Good working knowledge of Food Safety controls
* A proven track record in quality restaurants or gastro pubs will be essential.
