Responsible For:
Working On A Regularly Rotating Section To Provide Experience In All Areas Of The Kitchens.
To Prepare Mis En Plas For Your Designated Section
Training Junior Members Of Staff
Assisting With Stock Taking And Ordering
Preparing And Serving Food To At Least A 2 AA Rosette Standard

Salary Up To £18,000 P/A
