We require Chef /Waiting Couples to work in our 4 star, 3 rosette Hell Bay Hotel on Bryer and our Flying Boat Club Restaurant on Tresco. Both are located on the Isles of Scilly which is 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall.
A CDP will need to be able to prepare and cook food to a very high standard under the direction of the Head Chef. Must be passionate about food and be able to cook to order at a very high standard. Must be able to work well under pressure and have impeccable standards in Health and Hygiene. Must be qualified and or worked in a similar fine dining establishment.
The Waiting assistant will be required to take food orders and relay information to the kitchen brigade. Understand the contents of the menu and be able to assist in guests enquiries and dietary requirements. Serve food and beverages and set up tables before and after service. Must have excellent customer service skills and be well presented with high health and hygiene standards.
Both positions will require a Health and Hygiene Certificate but full taining on this can be given on commencement of the position.
Accommodation is provided with this position which is required from March/April until Oct/Nov.
