Our client is a luxury 5 star hotel in Hertfordshire.
They are seeking an experienced chef de partie for their brasserie style restaurant.
This is an open plan kitchen so personal presentation is very important.
The ideal candidate will have worked in either a restaurant or gastro pub environment.
This restaurant uses only fresh, seasonal ingredients so it is vital you have worked in a similar environment.
All candidates must be able to demonstrate that you are either an UK / EU resident, or hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK
