The Ideal Candidate Should Come From A Minimum Of 2AA Rosette Background And Not Moved Around Too Much. You Should Have A Sound Knowledge Of Modern Cooking Techniques And Be Aware Of HACCP And COSHH. I Would Expect You To Have A Good CV With Steady Career Progression. The Salary On Offer For This Position Is £18k + Tips Of Around £3k Closed Every Sunday
