We Are A Very Busy Kitchen Making Everything In Our Own Kitchen From Our Bread And Cakes To Our Sauces And Chutneys. This Is A Small Team So We Are Looking For People To Bring Personality And Ideas As Well As Skill And Ability.

You Will Have At Least Two Years Experience In A Busy Kitchen Using Fresh Ingredients. You Need A Passion For Food And An Ambition To Succeed. We Are Looking For Someone With High Standards, A Good Work Ethic And Attention To Detail. You Will Be Working In All Areas Of The Kitchen And You Will Be Working Alongside Another CDP And Under A Head Chef. There Will Be Some Days When You Will Be Responsible For The Kitchen Alongside The Other CDP. You Will Have A Good Knowledge Of All Basic Cooking Skills And Food Safety Standards.
