Millennium Madejski Is A 4 Star-Deluxe Hotel With 201 Bedrooms, 3 Meeting Rooms, 2 Restaurants – Cilantro Which Is A Fine Dining Restaurant With Accolades Of 2 AA Rosettes And Le Café An Informal Dining Experience – 1 Bar And Leisure Facilities.

The Hotel Is Part Of The Hugely Impressive Madejski Stadium Complex In Reading, Berkshire, Which Is Home Of Reading Football Club And London Irish Rugby Club.

We Currently Have A Vacancy For A Full Time Chef De Partie. This Position Includes Shift Work Inclusive Of Weekends And Bank Holidays. The Successful Candidate Must Be Eligible To Work In The UK.

The Successful Candidate Must Have Experience Of Working In Busy Quality Establishments And Preferably Will Have Experience Of Working In A 2 Rosette Or More Operation At Demi Chef De Partie Or Chef De Partie Level.

Reporting Into The Executive Chef, You Must Be Able To Manage Your Own Section And Have A Good Knowledge Regarding Food Hygiene Regulations And An Understanding Of Health & Safety. You Must Be Able To Work Calmly Under Pressurised Situations, Passionate And Have A Flare For Creativity.
