Chef de Partie is currently needed for a 2 rosette restaurant within a country 4* hotel in the Lake District. The Hotel is part of a major group and is situation directly on the banks of one of the major Lakes and has stunning views. It also caters for C & B and has many modern features inside.

The Role:
The role of the Chef de Partie is to oversee the commis Chef during the day to day running of the kitchen. They will report directly to the Sous Chef and Head Chef. They will also be carrying out the normal day to day jobs of a Chef de Partie.

Experience Required:
The Chef de Partie should have a good 2 rosette background in busy establishments.The candidate should have already have worked as a Chef de Partie and should have a steady as one.

The company offers live in accomadation very close to the hotel and also provides meals whilst on shift.

£16000 - £18000
