One Of The UK’s Most Respected Chefs Is Looking For A Chef De Partie To Join A Recently Launched And Very Fashionable Restaurant In South West London.

The Restaurant Regularly Attracts A-list Celebrities And Is Already Becoming A Real Destination Venue Just Weeks After Opening. They Can Seat 60 Customers And Serves Modern British Cuisine With The Emphasis On Quality Ingredients Rather Than Sheer Number Of Ingredients On A Plate.

The Kitchen, Although Small, Has A Brigade Of 5 Including 2 Kitchen Porters. You Will Be Working Directly With The Head Chef Even Overseeing The Restaurant In His Absence And Will Help With Running The Kitchen, Ordering, Health And Safety And Even Contributing To Menus.

Ideally You Will Have Experience At Least To 2AA Rosette Level Ideally With Some Michelin Experience Or 5* Hotel Experience. You Must Be A Team Player, Wanting To Learn And A Hard Worker.
