We are an established hotel in Lossiemouth with a recently refurbished Brasserie serving modern European cuisine.
We are looking for an hard working, conscientious chef who is equally able to work on their own initiative as well as within a team environment.
You must be qualified to a minimum SVQ level 3 standard or have achieved a good level of experience in a high paced catering environment. You will be expected to take part in all aspects of kitchen work and are strongly encouraged to input new ideas.
We are a young, relaxed brigade who enjoy their work but also take enormous pride and care in what we do.
We are striving to achieve an excellent reputation in and around the local area.

It is a full time position with a minimum of 36 hours a week.
Hourly rate is paid at 6.50 - 7.00 pounds depending on experience.
