Located just off Chiswick High Road, Charlotte's Bistro, sister restaurant to Charlotte's Place in Ealing, is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week with a 60 seat dining room and 25 capacity bar area. We have been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for 2011 & 2012.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, career motivated CHEF DE PARTIE with a good work ethic to work with award winning chef Wesley Smalley. The cooking focuses on Modern British dishes created using the best of local produce. The menu is ever evolving with aproximately a third of the dishes every month to take advantage of seasonal ingredients.
