Gleddoch House Hotel Is Looking For A Chef De Partie To Complete The Kitchen Brigade. Previous Experience Within A Simlar Role Is Essential. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Worked Within A Restaurant Or Hotel With An AA Rosette And Has A Desire For Creating Excellent Food.

Responsible For A Section You Will Be Overseeing The Larder Section, Hygiene, Stocks And Stock Rotation. You Wil Be Required To Give The Sous Chef Or Head Chef Support With Preparing And Sending Banquets.
