A Very Well Known Celebrity Chef Is Looking For A Chef De Partie To Join His Restaurant In South West London.



Working Directly Under The Head Chef You Will Be Working In A Small Brigade Of 5 Chefs Producing Modern British Cuisine And Up To 50 Covers Per Service.



This Is A Fantastic Opportunity To Work Closely To An Outstanding Chef And Learn And Develop. Opportunities To Progress Are Vast And The Restaurant Attracts A Lot Of Celebrities.



Ideally You Will Have Worked In A Restaurant With At Least 2AA Rosettes And Will Have A Good Attitude As You Will Be Responsible For Managing And Training Younger Less Experienced Chefs.
