This 2AA Rosette Restaurant Based In A 5* Hotel In Central London Is Looking For A Strong Chef De Partie To Assist In The Running Of The Sauce Section

The Restaurant Itself Is Serving Modern European Food In A Very Nice And Formal Setting. The New Head Chef Is Hoping To Take The Restaurant To A New Level And Gain Another Rosette Taking It To 3AA Rosettes. This Would Be A Fantastic Place For An Up And Coming Chef De Partie Looking To Gain Experience In A Restaurant That Is Hoping To Be The Next Big Thing!

As Chef De Partie You Will Be Responsible For The Running Your Section, Training Commis Chefs, Ordering, And Stock Takes And Other Tasks As Required. You Should Be Very Motivated And Be Able To Manage A Small Team Effectively. Ideally You Will Come From A 1AA Rosette Background Or Higher.

The Salary On Offer Is £21000 Working 8 Shifts
