My client is looking for a passionate & experienced chef de partie to join their award winning team
This is 25 bedroom hotel that has an award winning 2 Rosette restaurant. They also cater for occasional weddings & functions (as all hotels!!)
The head chef has an excellent track record within some of the country's best establishments & has real passion for cooking & sourcing fresh, local & seasonal ingredients. They grow a lot of their own veg & herbs on site.
• As Chef de Partie you will work closely with the head & sous chef on all sections of the kitchen and be an important part of the brigade. You will also have input into new dishes.
Experience
• As Chef de Partie you must have at least 2 years experience within in rosette establishment
