Are you a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader?
We're looking for an experienced team leader to run our British Red Cross fundraising team.
You'll be a real motivator who loves to lead from the front. You'll be a driven individual who will create a great team dynamic in which your fundraisers are inspired and determined to get people signed up to one our our wonderful charity partners. You must be an experienced team leader who is confident in what they do and is committed to making a difference. You also need to be a great street fundraiser who's a really inspirational and passionate character!
You will manage up to six fundraisers and each day you'll meet in a central location to travel to your fundraising site. Where you will work 10am -6pm motivating and inspiring your team to generate large amounts of much needed long-term support for our charities partners. You'll work to both an individual and a team target and pay will be related accordingly. Great Basic pay + amazing great team leader bonuses.
