You must also be a team player, and have a very professional attitude to your responsibilities.............. this includes being smart, presentable, clean and if you have a certain 'je ne sais quoi' about your style, then all the better but remember, we are classical in outlook !
People who have initiative and self motivation, are passionately interested in British and European seasonal cooking - old world wines and their obvious advantages and charms - are not immune to the clear qualities of Herbie Hancock and John Coltrane - people who CELEBRATE LIFE and the sheer bonus it is to be here - those who like people and love serving, nurturing and keeping people happy - who never get tired (or at least don't show it) - are inanely positive.
