Chalet couple wanted - IMMEDIATE START

We are looking for a mature couple (or two friends) with UK National Insurance numbers, and a passion for food as well as the mountains to join our team for the 2011/12 ski season in our luxury chalet in Paradiski, France. Immediate start (February).

Fluent English is essential. At least one of you will have strong cooking experience. The other should be a good driver, aged over 25 with a clean UK driving licence. You will both need to clean, serve guests and help with the overall running of the chalet.

You should both be friendly, confident, self-motivated and good with people. Ideally you will also speak some French, and have some hospitality experience and an understanding of what it takes to ensure guests have a great ski holiday.

You will work as part of a team of 4 looking after a 9 bedroom chalet and up to 25 guests.
