We require Chefs of all levels in our luxury 3 rosette Hell Bay Hotel on Bryher and our Flying Boat Club Restaurant on Tresco. Both located on the beautiful Isles of Scilly, located 28 miles off the coast of Cornwall.
Both establishments offer exceptional standards of comfort, cuisine and personal service and food is classic yet up to date and has won many awards for food and accommodation.
The successful applicant is required to prepare and serve food to a very high standard within a brigade of chefs and to assist in the smooth running of all aspects in the kitchen. Must be passionate about food and able to maintain a consistent high standard of cuisine whilst working under the pressures of a busy kitchen. Must have experience in similar establishments and ideally hold a 706 or NVQ equivelent.
A Health and Hygiene Certificate is essential but we can give the neccessary training require for this once appointed.
Working on the Estate, in any of our businesses is a unique experience, we have great sandy beaches, fantastic views and an exciting opportunity awaits for the successful applicant for these vacancies.
Accommodation is provided for these positions which is required from now until November. Applications from couples are also welcome as there are other positions available within our hotels and other departments. Travel paid from Penzance to Tresco.
