Full time CDP required for a our busy family pub in the Victoria Park area of Hackney.
You will be required to produce dishes according to specifications as well as have input on regularly changing specials
You will be working as part of a small team, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential, as is a current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
In addition you will need to understand the basics of kitchen Health & Hygiene law, knife skills, cooking methods and hold a current food hygiene certificate.
This will ideally suit a strong Commis / Demi-CDP wishing to develop their skills in many different preparations plus take advantage of opportunities within a growing multi-site non-branded pub group.
There is good rates of pay available (dependant on experience) and fantastic opportunities for personal and career growth with our company for the right candidate.
You must be able to prove your right to work in the UK.
