We are a currently looking to recruit some new stars in our kitchen at Hay's Galleria.
We are looking for strong, capable team players who have a real passion for food.
The role will include:
- Fresh food preparation as directed by the Head Chef
- Working on your own initiative and taking the lead when needed.
- Preparing hot and cold dishes to order during service periods
- Assisting the Head Chef in controlling the food stocks
- Assisting in the upkeep of the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Adhering to all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
