We Are Recruiting CCTV Monitoring Operator’s To Work In A Busy Customer Environment Within The Security Industry.

Description
Working In Our Control Room You Will Monitor, Respond Quickly And Appropriately To CCTV, Intruder, Fire, Building Management System Alarms And Lone Worker Activations To Ensure That Client Security Is Not Compromised. You Will Take Inbound And Make Outbound Telephone Calls To Liaise With Engineers, Property Owners, Security Personnel And The Emergency Services.

Using Movement Activated Live Video Response Our Remote Video Response Centre Operators Issue Live Audio Warnings And Take The Appropriate Response.

Experience
You Will Possess:
• A Proven Highly Customer Service Background
• Excellent Telephone Skills
• Well Organised With A Strong Attention To Detail
• A Team Player
• Computer Literate With Competent Microsoft Office Skills
• Good Level Of English
• Due To Industry Regulations, You Must Have A Five Year Checkable History

We Have Shifts Available Working, Days, Nights, Evenings And Weekends On An Ongoing Basis.
