This is a seasonal position and your duties will include taking orders, serving excellent food and a range of drinks in our bars, restaurant and poolside bar. You'll work within a team to create a friendly atmosphere for our owners. You'll ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing laws and cash handling procedures.

Experience would be an advantage but full training will be given.

Hours of work are variable, to include weekdays/evenings and weekends. Meets national minimum wage.
