Queen Elizabeth Leisure Centre is a leading leisure provider that is managed by East Dorset District Council. We are continually investing in the development and expansion of our facilities. Our commitment is to provide the customer with the highest standards and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere to guarantee that they have an enjoyable leisure experience.

The key duties for this position are:
• Dealing with customers both in person and over the telephone
• Handling queries regarding the centre, facilities, events and activities
• Taking bookings and payments on the point of sale system
• Assisting with general administration such as record keeping, replenishing leaflets and booking swimming and other lessons

The successful candidate will have:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a busy environment
• IT Skills
• The ability to work on their own initiative
• Experience in the customer services or leisure industry would be desirable.

We will provide a uniform which is to be worn whilst on duty.

Flexibility and reliability are essential as you will be required to cover during holiday periods.
