We are a Banbridge based event catering company that now has vacancies for casual catering assistants.

We are looking for skilled and experienced individuals to oversee catered events from food prep to event set up, maintenance and breakdown; assist in the day-to-day operations of our business providing consistently high quality food / service in a cost-effective manner; help train and develop new staff, oversee deliveries; provide on-site event management; maintain accurate records of all stock; maintain high level of customer service, event presentation and food quality; ensure safe / sanitary work conditions, and food handling / operating procedures are met in accordance with current regulations and industry standards; other duties as assigned or as necessary. Applicants must have a good numeracy and customer care skills, food hygiene certificate or comparable program required.

Applicants should be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and possible nights away.

The ideal candidate should also hold a full clean driving license and must be physically fit as the set up of our equipment requires lifting.
