We are recruiting for care assistants in central Manchester areas.

the caregiver will be responsible for providing personal care, companionship, home-help services to people living their own homes.

Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as this role comes with full training, however as you will be travelling between clients homes, a full driving license and use of a car preferred but again not essential.

The Role;
You will be visiting service users in their own homes and be providing assistance with personal care and other daily living tasks. This includes washing, dressing and mobility, thereby promoting their independence and enabling them to live with in there homes longer. You will work in partnership with service users encouraging choice, participation and motivation, adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.

The Person;
Previous experience in care would be helpful but not essential. A positive attitude and a caring nature is needed in order to be successful.
