You don't need previous homecare experience, as you will receive the highest level of paid training; in fact we positively embrace experiences and qualifications from outside and those who are new to our industry, so don't lack of care experience be a barrier!

As a Care & Support Worker, here are some of the responsibilities you will undertake:

-Help with getting up and going to bed
-Supporting individuals with personal hygiene and bathing
-Support with meal planning and preparation
-Support with shopping and light domestic cleaning
-Help with mobility and transfer
-Accessing the community
-Accompanying individuals on that all important appointment / visit
