Would you like to be part of a dynamic, friendly team co-ordinating staff rotas for carers providing care and support to people living in their own homes. You will be generating rotas for approximately 50 care staff and 90 service users. There would be an expectation for you to cover care calls and take part in the on call duty when necessary.

You must be flexible, well organized, calm in what can be a stressful situation, excellent inter-personal skills with colleagues and customers alike.

Previous care experience is a must. Knowledge of computerized rostering systems would be desirable, together with knowledge of CM2000, our responsibilities as a company regulated by CQC, local authorities and private service users.

Salary range is £17,000 - £18,000 depending on experience.
