We Are Looking For An Experienced Care Manager For Our New Stockton
Office. The Successful Candidate Will Oversee The Day To Day Running
Of The Agency With An Office Staff Team Of About 3 Full Time Staff.
You Must Have Experience As An Agency Care Manager With Preferable
Qualifications Such As NVQ3/4 Or Working Towards This. A Strong
Background In Care, Working And Understanding Within The CQC
Requirements And Experience With Inspections. The Ideal Candidate Will
Be Comfortable In Expanding And Implementing New Policies And Able To
Form Strong Relationships With Both Clients And Staff Alike. Duties
Will Include: Duty Rotas, Interviewing New Staff, Support And Care
Planning, Risk Assessments, Supervisions, Leading Team Meetings,
Liaising With Clients, Social Workers And Commissioners, Regular Calls
And Meeting With The Director, On-call.
The Ideal Candidate Must Also Have Experience Of Managing And
Developing A Strong Staff Team And Also Experience Of Generating And
Winning New Business.
We Offer A Salary Package Upwards Of £20k Per Annum Plus An Un-capped
Bonus Scheme. Salary Is Reviewed At Regular Intervals So Top
