Our Client is looking for a Cantonese speaking customer services assistant to facilitate the day to day operation of the Banking Department.

• Cash handling and other associated duties as a cashier at closed counter.
• Handling customers enquiries at open counter and banking hall reception desk
• Account opening, customer transactions handling and processing
• SWIFT payments processing.
• Provide clerical support duties, such as, filing, data input and ad hoc projects.
• Assisting the preparation of Statistical, anti-money laundering, Internal Audit Requirement/Compliance Requirement reports

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role in the UK or mainline china with exposure to cashiering duties and SWIFT payments. Degree Educated or similar you will be fluent in Cantonese with strong interpersonal skills and an attention to details.
