Salary: £6.45 - £7.55 p/hr (plus bonuses) OTE £8.50P/H

**New fundraisers have the potential to earn bonuses straight away and earn up to OTE of £26,000 per annum after 6 months. **

Our client is in need for some passionate individuals to help raise funds for a variety of different charities. The company has over 50 different charities and Not-For-Profit Organizations that they are helping at present, many UK based like Cancer Research UK, the British Red Cross, St Mungoes etc. They need someone who is available to start immediately and who is keen to start making a difference. You will be phoning supporters to see if they would be interested in supporting that charity further. You must be confident, self motivated and ready to hit the ground running!

For your hard work you will be rewarded with a pay rise after 12 weeks, weekly bonuses, and a chance to progress your career in the charity sector.

FULL TIME/FLEXIBLE HOURS:
Shift pattern:
Monday – Friday : 1:00pm – 8:30pm (shifts 1.00-4.30 & 5.00-8.30)
Saturday/Sunday : 11:00am – 6:30pm (shifts 11.00-2.30 / 3.00-6.30)

**Minimum 17.5 hours (5 shifts) per week and 3 weekend days per month


No experience is necessary but ideally you will have:
Call centre or relevant sales experience
Strong background talking with the public
Experience in a target based environment or be sales driven

You will need:
To be friendly and chatty
An excellent and polite telephone manner
A great personality with the ability to think on your feet quickly
Resilience and professionalism
Be confident, outgoing, self-motivated with a positive attitude
