Basic Starting Salary £19K - £20K per annum

We are currently recruiting for our busy Brighton outbound consultancy sales call centre for an experienced team trainer.

Must have a call centre training background, we are seeking someone who has team training experience in the contact/call centre environment, who will be used to building good relationships with team members to retain them and to add additional services/skills to them.

The successful candidate will have written up their own training manuals and material, should be articulate, driven professional and reliable.

Training on the in-house systems will be provided and is on-going.

Business hours Monday to Thursday 10:00am-6:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
