Our client is an established insurance provider who is expanding rapidly into new markets. They are looking for a variety of call centre advisors to work in a very friendly environment where training is taken seriously and personal development is consistent.
There are both Inbound and Outbound Sales Advisor roles available along with Customer Service Advisor opportunities.
A confident approach along with excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. Previous call centre experience is desirable for the inbound roles and essential for the outbound and customer service advisor roles.

There are full-time and part-time vacancies available, the hours and salaries are as detailed below:
Inbound – £14-£16k doe with potential to earn £25k plus. Hours 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm) and weekend work on a rota basis.
Outbound – £16-17k doe (OTE £24k). Hours 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday 8am-8pm) and weekend work on a rota basis.
Customer Service Advisor – £16-18k doe. Hours are 37.5 per week (Monday-Friday 8am-7pm) and one in three Saturdays.
