FULL TIME
37.5 hours per week between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm.
This position involves working within the Business Services team at the WS Society, based in Parliament Square, Edinburgh.
You will be managing a small team and will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional quality administrative support, the smooth running of events and the management of facilities. Reporting to the Business Services Director, you will ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of services to members and customers through the use of internal procedures and the effective management and development of the team. You will also carry out all adminstrative duties related to our charity including lodging applications, attending Grants meetings and liaising with applicants.
