An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Development/Engagement Manager to join a fast growing International Law Firm based in the City. The successful candidate will ensure continued growth and successful engagements at Fortune 500 companies in the London Office. This role is paying £38-48k depending on experience plus benefits.

Responsibilities will include:
* Driving growth and new products
* Providing account oversight and engaging with internal and external clients
* Effectively building client relationships
* Overseeing the day to day activities for a portfolio of clients
* Identifying news areas of opportunity with new and existing clients
* Working with the Practice Manager and General Manager to secure new accounts
* Aligning attorneys with client engagements

Skills required include:
* Previous client development and account management experience is essential
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Project management experience
* Excellent time management and problem solving skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong IT skills including PowerPoint
