Business Development Executive
As a part of the companys growth strategy, there is an immediate opportunity for this post based in Lancing, West Sussex, reporting to the Sales Director.
The primary focus of the role will be making business-to-business telemarketing calls to companies that fit the perfect customer profile for Waer. To this end, applicants will have experience in qualified appointment setting, enjoy telephone contact with business to business prospects and adopt a pragmatic, results driven approach to work.
The successful candidate will be sales focused with an additional understanding of data administration, lead generation and the shared management of a measurable sales process.
There will also be a marketing element to the role that requires a basic understanding of social media and SEO.

Previous B2B telemarketing experience
Target and money motivated, ambitious
Quick thinking, you enjoy a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Experience of building relationships with companies and individuals
Experience of selling in supply chain, logistics and software an advantage
Be able to work as part of a team and critically, to use your own initiative to self-manage
Ability to work under pressure but maintain quality standards
More about the role
A salary that is higher than industry average (basic £20-£25k, OTE £33k - uncapped)
Full training and development
An annual pay review based on length of service, the first after 1 year
Performance bonuses
Opportunities for expansion of role
A great working environment in a great location on the south coast, a couple of minutes from the beach!
