Our Client Is A Leading Organisation Within The Motor Industry And One Of The UK's Largest Independent Suppliers Of High Quality Automotive Aftermarket Products To Independent Garages And National Brands. They Are Seeking A Commercially Astute Branch Manager To Run Their Large Croydon Branch. They Need A Strong Manager, From A Similar Trade Or Retail Organisation - Applicants Must Have The Ability To Drive The Sales Line And Also Have Experience Of Successfully Resolving People Management Challenges.
This Is An Important Role With Responsibility For A £1m + Sales Line With Significant Growth Expectations - As A Branch Manager You Must Be Able To Lead And Develop A Team To Grow Trade Sales To The Independent Garage Sector, Improve Service Levels, And Cultivate Customer Relationships To The Highest Level. Our Client Is Wholly Focussed On Growth, So In Addition To Operational Management Ability, You Will Also Be Responsible For Personally Driving Sales, By Visiting Customers, Understanding Their Business And Being "at The Coalface" To Achieve Revenue, Margin And Market Share Targets.
With A Customer Service Ethic, You Will Be Able To Demonstrate How You've Implemented Or Embedded A Sales And Service Culture In Your Business. As A Natural Team Coach With The Energy And Ability To Keep Morale Up, You'll Be Able To Demonstrate How You've Inspired, Developed And Grown Your People.
You Will Have A High Quality Product, Support From A Regional Hub Management Team And Team Of Field Based Sales People, In Addition To A Suite Of KPIs To Help You Manage The Business At Its Most Effective.
Automotive Sector Experience Would Be Desirable, However It Is Not Essential. For The Role Of Branch Manager All Applicants Must Have Clear Abilities In:
