You Will Have Previous Experience Designing Menu Concepts, Understanding Food Costing And Gross Profit Margins - And Be Able To Manage Yourself, Your Stock, Kitchen Budgets And Kitchen Staff. You Will Be Expected To Work Closely With The Hotel Management Team To Ensure That The Food Operation Is Profitable And Running At Its Full Potential. You Will Also Be Responsible For Maintaining The Hygiene And Safety Standards In The Kitchen. Previous Experience And Fluent English Is A Must Have. This Is An Excellent Opportunity To Grow Within A Large Independent Hotel Company. Fluent English Is Essential As Is The Ability To Lead & Manage A Team. Salary Is On Application.
