This is young dynamic company looking for a professional, but personable bookkeeper/office manager. The ideal candidate for this role will be well organised and flexible with the ability to work efficiently and effectively. Hours are 9am 5.30pm 3 days a week (ideally Wednesday to Friday)
Reporting to the Finance Manager.
Salary £16.5k p.a.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Accounts Payable and receivable
Month End reporting
Process Payroll, payments and expenses
HR duties inc preparation of contracts and new starters docs
Maintaining company insurances
Management of all office requirements
Other office duties
Must have at least 2 years experience in bookkeeping and be proficient in Sage Line50 and Sage payroll
Good knowledge of accounting
Must be proficient on Outlook, MS word & excel
Comfortable to liaise with key 3rd parties (suppliers, lawyers, HMRC, auditors, landlord etc)
Outstanding organisation and attention to detail and able to use own initiative
Flexible and willing to help out where required
