Travelfusion Is Seeking A Highly Qualified Personnel To Support Its Busy Operations/monitoring Team, Handling Bookings From International Clients And Taking Care Of System Stability. The Role Include 2 Main Responsibilities: Support And Monitoring.
You Will Be An Organized And Reliable Person Who Is Able To Demonstrate Excellent Communication Skills, Particularly On The Phone And Via Emails. You Are Persuasive And Are Able To Pay Close Attention To Details When Reviewing Booking Data And Stats. Alert And Energetic, You'll Be Motivated By Doing A Good Job, Providing Good Service To Our Customers. You Will Be A Dynamic Team Player And Able To Multi-task. Discretion And Confidentiality Is A Must.
Apart From The Phone Support Side, The Job Also Includes Identifying And Investigating Problematic Trends In The Booking Activity, And Reporting To The Bookings And Operations Team.
You'll Have Exposure To Real-time Systems And Services In A Fast-paced Environment. You Will Have A Basic Ability To Read Graphs, Process Data And Understand An Online Booking Process.
You May Also Be Required To Work In Shifts - For Both Sides Of The Role. Please Note This Is A Part Time Position. The Shifts Available Are Late Evening Shifts And Weekend.
