The Role

If you have a proven track record in a customer focused role, either face to face or telephone, this pure customer-focused role is the ideal development move. Following established leads (no cold calls) your job is to convert peoples' previous expressed interest into firm session bookings.

Who we are looking for

You must have a clear, concise telephone manner adopting a professional and confident approach at all times.

IT Literate with sound organisational skills, you will be self motivated and possess the drive and tenacity to convert potential leads into firm bookings. Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Flexibility is required with the requirement to work evenings and weekends on occasion.
