We are looking for a reliable, experienced and professional book-keeper to join our team of 14 people in a growing greeting card publishing business in Hove for 15-20 hours per week.

Excellent working knowledge of Sage Accounts Professional, Sage Payroll and Microsoft Excel is essential. Ideally you will have been trained by an accountant and have worked in a small business previously. Sagepay knowledge is also useful.

An overview of some of the required tasks includes:

Supplier Payments
Customer Payments
Credit Control
Bank Reconciliation
Credit Card Reconciliation
VAT return and submission to HMRC through government gateway
Monthly Payroll, PAYE and National Insurance
Payroll Year End through government gateway
Monthly reporting to Directors
Purchase and Sales Ledger
Processing and payment of Directors Expenses, Dividends.
