I am looking for a cleaner who lives in the Bluewater area who has a car & can drive to clean 6 properties that we have. The cleaning can be spread across 2/3/4 day's & would suit a retired person or mother with kids who is just looking for a part time job.

Post codes of properties to be cleaned:- DA9 9GD, ME6 5SE, DA11 9AP, DA9 9AL & DA10 0AG.

The successful applicant will be paid in arrears and will be employed on a self employed basis.salary will be paid monthy in arrears into a bank account.

The position will also involve meeting people at properties occassionally and showing them vacant rooms as and when they become available due to outgoing tenants. A commission will bepaid for doing a viewing that results in a person taking up a tenancy.
