Brighton Language College is looking for a Residential Welfare and Activities Officer and an assistant to that role for its annual summer camp held at the beautiful Burgess Hill School for Girls. The successful applicants will be living on-site and directly concerned with the welfare of overseas junior students aged 11-16 and the pastoral aspects of the summer camp. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that Child Protection policies are adhered to by all staff. The Welfare and Activities Officer and their assistant will also be expected to join students on their activities and excursions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an assertive yet approachable demeanor and excellent organisational and communication skills.
