Bilingual Romanian/Bulgarian Overseas Recruiter

Job summary: recruiting qualified nurses from overseas
Universal Resources Bureau is placing healthcare professionals in the finest Nursing Homes all over the UK. Our mission is to provide the highest quality candidates and training within the healthcare sector. We also work extremely hard to supply the best possible service to all of our candidates, clients and partners worldwide. Having secured some fantastic contracts with key homes during our early stages of growth, we now have regular dealings with some of the UK's largest Care and Nursing Home groups, as well as hundreds of independent homes nationwide.
Duties and responsibilities:

Effectively pre-screens candidates based on ability to be deployed and meet client standards for Nurses and Care assistants
Interview the candidates via Skype if English language is uncertain
Establishing relationships with candidates while still overseas and assisting with the assimilation process
You will be responsible for assuring our steady flow of nurses and care assistances
Provide effective guidance to new candidates and regarding policies and procedures, answer employee questions in a timely manner
Make travel arrangement for the candidates
Ensure all employment induction paperwork is properly completed by new candidates
Liaise with appropriate departments, including Payroll, regarding employee processing and changes to employee information
Professional, diplomatic and thoughtful communication skills appropriate for email and phone with people from various backgrounds
Adequate computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel, Word),
