We have a simple PHP application running on a static HTML site, this needs some updating and a copied version with some modifications to alter its functionality.

Also want this to be made into a Joomla Component, admin section does not need to be accessed by client to as long as we can use it, that's fine. (Doesn't need to be user proof)

Should follow MVC model, views can be fairly basic as we can tweak those ourselves, we will do all the design and CSS work (RWD), so you will be concentrating on the functionality. Happier with JQuery than MooTools as we use JQuery.

Will provide spec and wireframes to get a quote, and need someone who can crack on and get a good job done, attention to detail and UX important.

Ideally based in UK, South East or London would be nice but will look at other UK locations or possibly near shore, Europe only.

For a carrot we have other stuff coming up that's a bit beefier, so this is a nice one to get us started!

If you can let me know your hourly rate, couple of nice examples of work, be freelance for a while as bespoke work is sporadic, could be something more permanent in future...
