Beauty Trainer
Hours: 9.30am – 6.00pm
Days: Monday – Friday (1 Saturday Per Month)
Salary: 15-18k + 5 Bonuses
Hours: 37.5 Hours

Duties:

To Carry Out Training At A Beauty Institute In Covent Garden, London. You Will Be Training Groups Of Up To 4 People In NVQ Level 2 Treatments Such As Waxing, Manicure, Pedicure, Spray Tanning, Eye Treatments, Make-Up, Facials Acrylic Nails, Gel Nails, Threading, Brazilians And Hollywood’s And New Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions.
You Will Be Training From Manuals Both Theory And Practical. You Will Be Demonstrating The Treatments And Then Overseeing The Undertaking Of Treatments. You Will Need To Be Able To Answer Any Questions From The Students. You Will Also Be Responsible For Assessing The Progress Of Students On The Courses. You Will Be Responsible For Answering The Phones And Up-selling Courses To Prospective Clients. You Will Be Paid 5% Commission For All Courses Sold.
You Will Also Be Undertaking The Following:
• To Correctly Interpret And Assess Standards For Beauty Therapy
• To Train Students To Ensure They Have Sufficient Competence To Successfully Complete Their Training Programme
• To Identify And Address Gaps In Achievement And Support And Mentor Where Appropriate
• To Maintain A Record Of Progress And Achievement For Each Student
• To Give Constructive Feedback On Achievement And Performance To Students
• To Assess Students And Mark Test Papers

Skills Needed
NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
Minimum 4 Years Salon Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong Written And Spoken English
You Must Be Neat And Presentable
You Must Have A Passion And Interest In Hair And Beauty
You Must Be Willing To Work 1 Saturday Per Month
