We are currently seeking an experienced full time bartender to work in Marks Bar downstairs at HIX Restaurant in Soho. You must be passionate about food, wine and cocktails. HIX Restaurant serves cocktails specifically created by Nick Strangeway to complement our bar menu and won Best Bar in the Time Out Guide 2011.

At least two years' experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. The right candidate will be a team player with good customer service skills, enthusiasm and the ability to cope in a demanding role in this very busy restaurant.

A keen interest and knowledge of British food is preferred. You must be interested in learning about Mark Hix and his style of food and service and able to impart your knowledge to our customers.

Salary: Approximately £9.00 to £10.00 per hour
